Developed Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework, M&E plan, digital tracking tool, and digital database for the National Institute of Public Health(NPHIL). The tool collects disease surveillance information from health facilities, district health officers, and county health officers across Liberia.

Designed and supervised a socioeconomic baseline study across five (5) counties and developed the MEL framework for the Smallholder Agriculture Transformation and Revitalization Program. The Project seeks to increase agricultural productivity and promote commercialization for smallholder farmers through productive linkage between the farmers and the private agribusiness firms in selected value chains (rice, cassava, and vegetable). Liberia Strategic Analysis
Provided technical support for the Excellence in Higher Education for Liberia final evaluation. The project sought to transform the Engineering College the University of Liberia and the Agriculture College at Cuttington University in “Centers of Excellence”.
